CHEM 5600 - Introduction to Environmental Chemistry3 credit hours Quality of the environment and of chemical changes in the environment through contamination or modification of the air, water, and soils as affected by human, agricultural, industrial, and social activities. Offered every fall.
NOTE: Graduate standing is the prerequisite for graduate courses in chemistry. The 5000-level courses also have the same prerequisites as listed for the corresponding 4000-level courses in the undergraduate catalog.
