The minor in Leadership Studies requires 17 hours and is designed to foster leadership development through a curriculum that includes the study of leadership theories, organizational communication, group dynamics, personal development, and community-based learning.

An elective business minor may be added, but additional minor(s) require total hours for graduation to exceed 120.
