ANSC 4470 - Advanced Beef Production

Prerequisites: ANSC 1401 or ANSC 1410; ANSC 3470 or approval of instructor. In-depth analysis of various systems of beef production. Extensive field trips to cow-calf, feedlot, stocker, and purebred operations. Offered Spring only.
