PRST 4470 - Facilitation of Learning

3 credit hours

Designed to prepare trainers to design and facilitate training programs that work effectively and efficiently with adult learners. Provides the necessary theory and experience to ensure competent facilitation of learning. Students will plan and conduct training sessions and receive feedback on their style of facilitation.
