MGMT 4660 - Compensation Management3 credit hours Prerequisites: MGMT 3610 ; ; admission to the College of Business. An applied approach to developing the competencies used to ensure that organizations can establish and manage effective compensation and benefits systems that support strategic objectives while also motivating and rewarding employees fairly and equitably. Includes motivation and reward theories, analytical tools and metrics, performance management, current trends in research and industry, and requirements for legal compliance.
