BCEN 6680 - Women and Minorities in Business

3 credit hours
Emphasis on research describing how women and minorities have progressed over the last decade as entrepreneurs as well as their roles on local, regional, and national boards of directors. Students will have an opportunity to interview a local entrepreneur to increase their understanding of the real world experience involved in being an entrepreneur in the twenty-first century. Includes an audio visual component so students will hear from entrepreneurs as they share relevant information as to how they started their business as well as how they continue to grow  their businesses.
