The business and technical implications of electronic commerce from the perspective of the manager of information technology. Introduces the technical, business, managerial, and social issues associated with electronic commerce systems. Addresses the role of information technology in the development of electronic commerce applications and considers the ethical and legal implications of electronic commerce.
