Leadership Studies Minor

Advisor: Deana Raffo, Department of Management and Marketing

The minor in Leadership Studies requires 17 hours and is designed to foster leadership development through a curriculum that includes the study of leadership theories, organizational communication, group dynamics, personal development, and community-based learning.

Required Courses (5 hours):
