Nutrition and Food Science Minor

The minor in Nutrition and Food Science requires 15 semester hours to include NFS 1240  or NFS 2220  and NFS 3200 ; and 9 hours to be chosen from NFS 3100   NFS 3210 , NFS 3260 , NFS 3280 , NFS 4210 , NFS 4220 , NFS 4240 , NFS 4250 , NFS 4251   NFS 4260 ,and NFS 4270 . Required prerequisites must be met for all courses.
