Agri-Analytics Certificate

Funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the Agri-Analytics program promotes research and extension learning experiences for undergraduates to enter the agricultural workforce or those intending to pursue post-graduate studies in the agricultural sciences.

Required Courses (10 hours)

The Agri-Analytics Certificate consists of 10 hours and is open to students of any major.

Students can begin the certificate by taking DATA 1500 or DATA 1500 and MATH 2110 concurrently with permission of the Mathematical Sciences department.

DATA 1500 - Introduction to Data Science 3 credit hours
MATH 2110 - Data Analysis 1 credit hour
AGRI 4710 - Agricultural Statistics and Data Analysis 3 credit hours
AGRI 4910 - Problems in Agriculture 1 to 6 credit hours
