Poultry Science Minor

The minor in Poultry Science is designed to enhance the preparation of students for careers in the U.S. poultry industry and allied fields. Students interested in graduate studies in poultry science are also encouraged to complete the Poultry Science minor. The minor requires 18 hours-students complete 15 hours of required poultry science coursework and a 3-hour business elective. At least 3 hours must be completed at MTSU.

Note: Courses applied in the minor cannot also count as major electives.

POUL 3700 - Poultry Nutrition and Feeding 3 credit hours
