The B.A. program in Art with a concentration in Art History is designed for those who wish to pursue careers in museums, galleries, or arts organizations and/or pursue further study at the graduate level. Students should consult with their advisors each semester in order to plan their schedule of courses.

General Education (41 hours)
General Education requirements (shown in curricular listings below) include courses in Communication, History, Humanities and/or Fine Arts, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, and Social/Behavioral Sciences.
Major Requirements (39 hours)
Majors must maintain a GPA of at least 2.00 in the major.
Art History Concentration (27 hours)
24 hours from the following:
- Modern/Contemporary 6 credit hours
- Non-Western Art 6 credit hours
- Medieval/Renaissance 6 credit hours
- Electives from any of the above categories 6 credit hours
Foreign Language (6 hours)
Students must successfully complete 2010 and 2020 or any courses numbered above the 2000 level in a single foreign language.
Minor (15-18 hours)
- Chosen from within the College of Liberal Arts
