The Earth Science for Teachers curriculum is designed for those who plan to teach earth science in the secondary school system. This curriculum consists of 82 hours distributed among career pattern requirements (22 hours), career pattern electives (10 hours), a cognate (20 hours), and a minor in Secondary Education(30 hours) involving education courses and directed teaching. An additional 41 hours are required for General Education. Student must contact Secondary Education minor advisor for approval of appropriate courses for licensure.
