Finance, Financial Institution Management Concentration, B.B.A.

Department of Economics and Finance 

A major in Finance with a Financial Institution Management concentration leading to the B.B.A. degree requires that the student, at a minimum, complete

  1. the business requirements (see Degree Requirements ) in the college;
  2. ECON 3210  and at least 24 additional hours in finance;
  3. FIN 3610 ; FIN 3810 ; FIN 3910 ; FIN 4260 ; FIN 4360 ; FIN 4440 ; FIN 4810 ; FIN 4860 , FIN 4800 , or FIN 4910 ; and 3 hours finance electives.

The program requires 50 percent of major courses be taken in residence at MTSU. An elective business minor may be chosen, but additional minor(s) require total hours for graduation to exceed 120.
