The Department of Leadership, Development, and Education Systems (LDE) offers the Doctor of Education (Ed.D) in Assessment, Learning, and Student Success with concentrations in Higher Education and School Improvement.

Also offered is the Specialist in Education (Ed.S.) in Administration and Supervision with concentrations in Higher Education, Instructional Leadership, and Leadership in Teaching Data Literacy. The Ed.S. in Curriculum and Instruction major offers a concentration in Culture, Cognition, and the Learning Process. The Ed.S. in Professional Counseling offers concentrations in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling.

The M.Ed. in Administration and Supervision offers concentrations in Higher Education and Instructional Leadership.

A Master of Library Science is offered.

The department offers a minor in Education at the graduate level.
