Courses in the Leadership, Development, and Educational Systems Department are designed to meet the professional needs of students. The department offers a B.S. in Human Development and Family Science which is designed primarily for preparation in broad areas of the field. 

Graduate Study

The department offers a Doctor of Education in Assessment, Learning, and Student Success; Specialist in Education degrees in Administration and Supervision, Curriculum and Instruction, and Professional Counseling; a Master of Education degrees in Administration and Supervision; a Master of Library Science; and an Education minor.
