ABAS 3810 - Milk Processing and Marketing

3 credit hours
(Also listed under Agribusiness.) Prerequisite: PSCI 1030  or CHEM 1010 /CHEM 1011 , CHEM 1020 /CHEM 1021 . Biological, chemical, and physical properties of cow’s milk and its value as an animal food source; techniques of processing and marketing; governmental regulations; laboratory testing.
