ORCO 3650 - Conflict and Organizations

3 credit hours
Prerequisite: Junior standing or permission of instructor. The role of communication in conflict management/resolution between or among individuals and groups. Examines workplace violence, fraud, mediation, grievances, substance abuse, and discrimination.
