Analysis, design, and implementation of knowledge management systems in organizations. Addresses the facilitating and enabling role of information management and communication technologies. Technologies covered include neural network, software agent, workflow management, integrated communication network, expert systems, content management, Web portal, and search mechanisms. Hands-on projects to reinforce understanding of theoretical frameworks.
