BLAW 3430 - Commercial Law

Prerequisite: Junior standing. Legal rights and potential liabilities of business persons. Includes basic law of contracts; UCC; sales; commercial paper; secured transactions and credit; bankruptcy; personal property and bailments; real property; and wills, trusts, and estates.
