VCOM 2950 - Media Design Tools

3 credit hours

Introduces students to the creative use of current industry-standard software used for print and digital design. Focuses on key aspects of design, typography, color theory, and production to create effective visual media. Students explore their own creative vision through a range of exercises and projects. Exposure to diverse industry professionals from around the world expands knowledge of the creative industry and its opportunities. No prior knowledge of the software required. Combined lecture/lab.
