POUL 3490 - Commercial Poultry Production

3 credit hours
Prerequisite: POUL 1000  or ANSC 1401  or ANSC 1410 ; junior or senior classification. Principles of managing commercial poultry, including housing and equipment;  hatchery, broiler breeder, broiler and table egg layer management; role of live production in an integrated company.
