CSCI 5850 - Neural Networks

3 credit hours

Prerequisite: CSCI 3080. Topics include the history of neural networks, introduction to machine learning, classification, and regression, fabrication/training/testing of various neural network architectures including single-layer, multi-layer, residual, and recurrent networks. Subtopics include supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, deep learning, convolution networks, transformer networks, and generative modeling.
