CSCI 5300 - Data Communication and Networks

3 credit hours

Prerequisite: CSCI 3240 or CSCI 3250 with grade of C (2.0) or better. Computer network architectures and distributed computing, including protocol layers, the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model, routing functions, and wireless communication. Modeling, analysis, design, and management of both hardware and software within a computer network.
