NFS 4102 - Internship in Nutrition and Food Science3 credit hours Prerequisites: Junior or senior standing; permission of department. Experiential learning opportunity that integrates classroom knowledge with hands-on experience in diverse settings. Students apply theoretical learning, develop essential skills, and gain insights into the dynamic field, enhancing their understanding of nutrition and food science. Requires 150 hours at the placement worksite.
