THM 4500 - Hospitality and Tourism Finance

3 credit hours

Prerequisite: FIN 3010 or FIN 3040. Application of finance to hotels, attractions, restaurants, clubs, and events. Topics include hospitality operations and managerial accounting, USALI, using STR reports, hotel and restaurant feasibility assessment, and budgeting for service operations.
