CMT 4360 - Emerging Technologies in Construction3 credit hours Prerequisite: Junior or senior standing. Provides an overview of emerging technologies currently being tested and utilized in multiple sectors of the construction industry. Students will examine how new technologies are employed to improve project management, estimating, inspections, design, and safety. Advantages, implementation barriers, practical problem solving, and concepts related to change management analyzed in depth using cases and applied research methods.
