PSY 3320 - Workplace Psychology

Introduces the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Examines how psychology in the workplace can improve businesses and industry through employee selection, performance appraisal, training, developing leadership, improving motivation, enhancing employee’s experiences, and improving occupational health and well-being.
