CMT 3180 - Light Construction Elements

3 credit hours

Prerequisites: CCM 1010 and CCM 2050; co-requisite: CMT 3181. Study of light-wood frame construction installations, systems, standards and inspections, and construction methods for materials placed after structural completion. Sustainable building practices, energy efficiency standards, finish products installations, and structural load calculations also examined.
