AERO 3440 - Fundamentals of Aerodynamics

3 credit hours

Prerequisites: MATH 1810 or MATH 1910, PHYS 2010/PHYS 2011 or PHYS 2110/PHYS 2111, all with minimum grade of C (2.0). Topics include the incompressible aerodynamics of powered flight to include theories of lift, drag and moments. Additional topics include stability and control, aircraft design, and compressible aerodynamics if time permits.
