PA 6220 - Diagnostic Tests II

Prerequisite: Admission to Physician Assistant Studies program; successful completion of PA 6210. Second in a three-course series designed to provide a comprehensive overview of basic laboratory and diagnostic methods and treatments. Focuses on understanding various laboratory studies including indications, how they are performed, and interpretation of results. Includes a basic overview of x-ray imaging. Designed to assist students to understand, appropriately select, and correctly interpret x-ray images.
