MGMT 6000 - Management and Operations Concepts

3 credit hours
Concepts of the management functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling as applied to managing people in organizations. Production and operations management concepts with emphasis on lean processes. Prerequisite for M.S. in Management program. May not be used for elective credit in graduate business degree program.
