PS 3430 - Comparative Public Policy3 credit hours Prerequisite: PS 1010 or permission of instructor. Explores the politics of policymaking. Examines the factors influencing public policies and why countries have different policies, how domestic factors shape these policies, and how international factors influence these policies. Looks at the role of institutions, interests, and ideas in policymaking.
