PGEO 5560 - Intermediate Geographic Information Systems3 credit hours Prerequisite: PGEO 4530 or . Lecture and laboratory work related to the principles and applications of geographic information systems (GIS). Continued training in GIS analysis including raster analysis, spatial analysis, network analysis, and geocoding. Data management including data editing, geodatabase design, and creation also examined. Other topics include resource management, demographic, and civic application. Three hours lecture per week.
