NFS 5250 - Life Cycle Nutrition

3 credit hours
Physiological development and psychosocial factors that influence nutrient needs and nutrition behaviors of individuals across the life span. Emphasis is place on rules and regulations of  food and nutrition programs and nutrition education approaches for the life stages.
