AST 3065 - Education Abroad History in Ghana3 credit hours Exposes students to different cultural, economic, and social environment in Ghana. Students will visit different places related to diverse historical events such Elmina and Cape Coast (slave castles), Accra, Cape Coast, and Kumasi communities. Explore debates related to underdevelopment, unemployment, informal economy, youth and politics, etc. The case of Ghana will be seen as a case study in a larger context of Africa and African politics and societies.
