POUL 3650 - Poultry Processing

Prerequisite: Junior or senior level. Principles of modern poultry meat and egg processing including first, second, and further processing of poultry meat; poultry and egg inspection and food safety regulations; and marketing of poultry products. Lecture and lab activities.
