CDFS 4400 - Children in Healthcare Settings

3 credit hours

Prerequisites: CDFS 2350 and CDFS 3310 or PSY 4190 with C or better; CDFS 3320 with C or better or equivalent; permission of department. Offers instruction on child life techniques used to help minimize the potential negative impact of the healthcare environment on children’s development.
