Offers preparation for students to meet and exceed customers’ expectations within the tourism and hospitality industry. Review of customer service philosophy, theory, and techniques in tourism and hospitality. Service quality issues, service design and delivery, customer interactions and service recovery, customer relationships, and customer loyalty in tourism and hospitality addressed.
