SPED 4370 - Transition Services and Education of Adolescents with Disabilities

3 credit hours
Prerequisites: SPED 4180 ; admission to Teacher Education program. Transition services and when and how they are provided for adolescents with disabilities. Transition assessment, planning, and goal setting discussed as well as a variety of transition services available to students both in and out of the classroom setting.
