NURS 6301 - Nursing Administration I

Prerequisites: Admission to the MTSU MSN program; prerequisite or corequisite: NURS 6000. Includes comprehensive analysis of concepts required for effective performances of the nurse administrator’s (manager or executive) role in organizations. Management as a function of the total organizational system evaluated. Organizational designs and interpersonal relationships in the healthcare organization critiqued. Offered spring, summer, and fall semesters.
