MGMT 3705 - Continuous Improvement

3 credit hours
Prerequisites: Admission to Jones College of Business; junior standing. Applies Baldrige Performance Excellence criteria and DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve, and control) methodology to business process improvement efforts. Examines how continuous improvement projects follow a structured sequence using DMAIC. Emphasis on established critical thinking models to drive continuous improvement.
