CJA 4930 - International Criminal Justice3 credit hours Prerequisite: CJA 1100 or permission of instructor. Compares the American criminal justice system with those in other countries. Examines historical origins, structural differences, and varying degrees of effectiveness and efficiency in law enforcement, courts, and corrections in selected nations. Explores challenges posed by the globalization of crime and terrorism.
