LEAD 4125 - Leadership Development for Women

3 credit hours

(Same as MGMT 4125.) Prerequisite: Junior or senior standing. Examines women and leadership with an emphasis on personal development. Critically analyzes the challenges, constraints, and opportunities that women face in exercising leadership. Includes an examination of women’s diverse leadership styles through an experiential learning project with a community partner.
