NURS 4570 - Professional Practice and Leadership

4 credit hours
Prerequisites:  ,  ,  , and  . Opportunity for students to examine and evaluate theoretical concepts relating to leadership and management in nursing. The learning experiences emphasize the development of strategies that enhance leadership capabilities including decision-making, managing conflict, using power, and delegating. Three hours lecture.
