FCSE 2510 - Family and Consumer Sciences Education Curriculum

3 credit hours
Overview of the philosophy, career, federal and state legislation and standards, co-curricular youth programs and curriculum in Family and Consumer Sciences Education. Emphasis on diversity, technology, lifelong learning, and special needs of students. Community resources provide shadowing experiences.
