BLAW 4450 - Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection3 credit hours Prerequisites: Junior standing; admission into the College of Business. Examines and evaluates the law and ethics of unfair and deceptive trade practices, consumer protection, and intellectual property, including antitrust law, misleading advertising, and other marketing practices.
