FREN 3080 - Topics in French Studies

Prerequisite: FREN 3010. Concepts and vocabulary fundamental to the study of French literature; general view of the main currents of French literary history; introduction to French versification; techniques of literary analysis; practice in literary analysis and in writing about literature; preparation for 4000-level courses.
