MGMT 4730 - Global Comparative Management

Prerequisite: MGMT 3610. Cross-cultural dimensions of management theories and the applicability of these theories in a multicultural and multinational environment. Topics include cross-cultural communications, motivation, leadership, and decision making. The role of MNCs in economic development and their relationship with host countries also examined.
