MGMT 4660 - Compensation Systems

3 credit hours

Prerequisites: MGMT 3610 and MGMT 3810. Formal organization compensation systems. Emphasis on the design, implementation, and administration of compensation systems utilizing wage theory, applicable analytical tools, research results from the behavioral sciences, and evaluations of actual practices currently utilized in the private and public sectors.
